The HDA range of DEQX amplifiers is a new generation of Solid State amplifier for the musical purist who likes the full, solid and fast sound so typical of Single Ended Triode (S.E.T.) valve amplifiers. Designed by a legend in the field of both valve and solid-state amplifier designs, the HDA provides an affordable alternative to flee powered S.E.T.  Designs, while maintaining the organic musicality, speed and largesse of great amplifiers.The HDA-3.4 allows easy bi-amplification of 2-way active speaker designs when used with a DEQX active crossover/processor such as the HDP-3. It provides 80-watts into 8 ohms drivers and 160-watts into 4-ohm drivers. Its 500VA 100% ground shielded toroidal power supply provides excellent regulation and power reserves.
